For over 20 years, I climbed the corporate ladder in Human Resources, working with leaders and teams around the world. From the outside, it looked impressive.

From the inside? Something was missing.

I was successful. Trusted. Respected. And still ignoring the quiet voice that said, there’s more than this.

Eventually, that voice stopped whispering. So I walked away from the title, the safety net, and the expectations and built a business (and life) that actually felt aligned and authentic. Not perfect. Not easy. But real.
