I didn’t leave corporate because I had it all figured out—I left because I refused to keep sacrificing my values for someone else’s version of success. After years in leadership, where profits outweighed people, I was told I "wasn’t that important”—and that was my wake-up call. I walked away to build something real, meaningful, and aligned—and now, I help others do the same.
